Operator uses Nova SensAI to prevent outages and customer churn
While trialing Nova SensAI in its engineering department, a North American operator experienced a 5G outage that also impacted its 4G network. Anomaly detection, customer impact and automated fault diagnosis information available from SensAI could have caught the degradation before it became an outage. The operator has since deployed SensAI in its NOC.
