FTBx-88480 and FTBx-88810 Series: New features

Run 50GE tests in the EtherBERT and Smart Loopback applications using supported QSFP28 and SFP56 interfaces. This extends 50GE workflow coverage across traffic generation, analysis and loopback validation.

DCO BERT with an Ethernet client now adds more EtherBERT-aligned troubleshooting functions, including PCS logical lane mapping, per-lane skew generation and measurement, and PCS alarm/error monitoring and injection.
