Mark Sylor's fields of expertise include all converged service assurance solutions for voice, video, data, and mobile networks as well as network, application, and system management products. He has numerous patents and publications and he holds a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Geneseo, and an master’s degree from the University of Notre Dame, both in mathematics.
