NFV/SDN: New Partnership with NEC/Netcracker to Make Sure Smarter Networks Deliver

Today the world of smarter service assurance got a bit bigger with the expansion of the EXFO Ecosystems Integration Initiative. We’re teaming up with NEC/Netcracker SDN/NFV Solutions to make sure communications service providers (CSPs) access the full benefits of network functions virtualization (NFV) and software-defined networking (SDN).

In a context of massive industry transformation to enable virtualization—with so many promises, changes and uncertainties—CSPs rely on automated and integrated end-to-end solutions to ensure their migration to NFV/SDN actually delivers improved bottom lines, competitiveness and quality of experience (QoE) for subscribers.

To meet this need, we’re collaborating with NEC/Netcracker to incorporate pre-integrated solutions into its NFV ecosystem. Together, we will showcase joint use cases to clients and enable CSPs to reduce the time it takes to bring innovative services to market.
