Fiber monitoring case study using Fiber Guardian 750 (FG-750)

Our customer, one of the three major telecos in Singapore, had deployed two Fiber Guardians and roughly drawn some fiber routes in FTI without including any adjustments, such as slack loops, splices or termination points, yet it wasn’t long before they started receiving alarms. Fiber Guardian’s degradation alarms helped them avoid a major outage, after only a few months in the network.
