Creating a new intelligent network that is open, simplified and scalable through the decoupling of hardware and software is this CSP’s highly desirable end goal. EXFO delivered the ability to manage and assure thousands of virtual elements within an intra-tenant, inter-tenant and virtual-to-physical (and vice versa) architecture. Simplifying through automation the testing of the behaviour of potentially thousands of VNF elements in play within a given network tenant was critical for this CSP.
