In North America, PRI-IDSN provides 23 B channels operating at 64 kbit/s for 1.544 Mbit/s transmission and one D channel operating at 16 kbit/s for signaling/call information. In Europe, PRI-IDSN provides 30 channels operating at 64 kbit/s for 2.048 Mbit/s transmission.
