The Training and User Enablement Team is a bunch of passionate people striving to imagine, produce and deliver content to make our customers and user’ lives easier while helping the company achieve its business goals. We are currently looking for a User Enablement Strategist to analyze and improve the user journey and all digital touchpoints and content along it.

 

Job description

  • Refine the user journey to address the changing reality of our users, the context of use of our products and ultimately, offer an unparallel experience to seek the loyalty of our customers.
  • Structure our training materials and resources in a logical manner, enabling our customers to quickly orient themselves with the general user journey and successfully navigate any step of the product adoption.
  • Influence the production and enhancement of our user contents.
  • Ensure a seamless transition between the buyer’s journey and the user’s journey by deploying a strategic based on research, customer/user feedback, business objectives, and other datapoints.
  • Closely collaborate with our salesforce to develop, manage, and evolve digital content/tools for in-person and online meetings, ensuring a modern and efficient guided selling experience.
  • Lead the strategy and evolution of our online training and learning platform.
  • Be a key player and influencer of the company wide digitalization and improvement of our buyer/user’s journey.


Qualifications

  • Ability to foster positive working relationships with different stakeholders (sales, marketing, product managers, etc.).
  • Strong written, oral, and visual communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to communicate in French and English both written and spoken.
  • 5-7 years of experience in user enablement, customer experience or a related field.
  • Experience in the telecommunication industry, an asset.
