Job summary

Your missions

  • Set up a new integrated Learning Management System (LMS) to manage online learning
  • Modernize the overall onboarding & integration process in a context of hybrid work model to promote a memorable and lasting employee experience
  • Ensure the smooth running of our development processes and programs and propose continuous improvements
  • Build support materials and presentations to assist different programs and processes
  • Lead working groups, co-development groups, make presentations and give internal trainings
  • Write various content to feed and update the intranet section
  • Together with the talent acquisition and marketing teams, develop content to disseminate the employer brand both internally and externally
  • Contribute to the establishment of the career structure, the identification and assessment of skills and career progression
  • Participate in engagement initiatives
  • Support the total compensation team through salary analyses and surveys and other projects

In your tool box you have ….

 

  • Expertise in talent management, leadership, training and communication
  • Notions in change management
  • A marked talent for building presentations, both visually and in terms of content
  • Skills in HR marketing and employee experience
  • Knowledge from working with integrated management systems and particularly LMS (knowledge of SuccessFactors is an asset)

Requirements

 

  • 8 years of experience in human resources with a background in training, talent and skills management, integration and engagement programs
  • Education: Bachelor of Business Administration / Human Resources Management / Industrial Relations
  • Any combination of education / relevant experience will be considered.
