Position Summary:

As an Internal Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing an ongoing link between the IT and R&D teams to ensure effective work and communication between these groups. EXFO is a high-tech company with significant challenges. As such, our people must be prepared to take on complex challenges.


Your role:


  • Organize regular meetings with the various development and product teams to follow up on requests and projects
  • Ensure continuous communication during infrastructure changes
  • Follow up on all important and urgent requests from the development and product teams
  • Manage the IT team dedicated to the development and product teams
  • Ensure project management
  • Organize events to keep the global IT teams up to date on new products and technologies used in development


What we are looking for


Technical Skills: 

  • Knowledge of agile principles
  • Knowledge of product development processes
  • High level knowledge of IT technologies



Required Skills:

  • Experience managing an information technology team
  • Experience in change management
  • Experience in managing complex projects
  • Good oral and written communication skills (in French and English)
  • Customer service oriented
  • Autonomous and motivated


  • Relevant experience: 3 years minimum in infrastructure or IT support team management
  • Language requirement: Bilingual (French and English)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Any combination of relevant education/experience will be considered.
