Mark Hiseman joined EXFO in February 2020 and currently holds the position of Director of Product Management for AI and Automation (SASS). Mark’s primary area of focus is bringing new AI-driven solutions to market to address the changing needs of service providers. He is responsible for NOVA SensAI and driving the new Adaptive Service Assurance approach. In addition to these areas, Mark is responsible for the Active Test portfolio and EXFO’s topology-based NOVA Context solution. Mark has extensive knowledge of both IT and telecom environments covering network operations, customer operations and marketing. Mark holds a university degree in business studies and has over 20 years of experience working in the telecom industry.
