Guillaume Lavallee is a product line manager at EXFO, the communications industry’s test, monitoring and analytics experts. He oversees the optical products in the Installation and Maintenance division. He has more than 15 years of experience in telecom test and measurement, related technologies and best practices. Guillaume has a bachelor’s degree in Physics Engineering, specialized in Optics, as well as an MBA from Canada’s University Laval.

Christian Till started his career in the telecom industry in 2013 as a Product Manager for FTTx, DOCSIS and WDM after completing his B.Sc. in Communications Engineering.

In 2015, he joined EXFO as a Subject Matter Expert, where he provides thought leadership for best practices in fiber network deployment.

He recently completed his Master of Engineering in Information Technology and Management while continuing to serve as a technical advisor to EXFO's customers.

In 2020, he was appointed Senior Member of Technical Staff, representing EXFO at industry events and interfacing with EXFO product development groups.

With his knowledge of fiber technology and deep hands-on experience in fiber networks, including DWDM, PON, 5G & FTTH rollout, he works closely with network operators and service providers to establish new test and measurement methods for FTTx networks (PON and P2P).

Bahiya is a Technical Sales Specialist at EXFO with a focus on optical products. She holds a diploma in Telecommunications Engineering earned through a partnership between Morocco’s Institut national des postes et télécommunications and the École nationale supérieure d’ingénieurs de Bourges, in France. In addition, Bahiya earned a master’s degree in telecommunication infrastructure from Pierre and Marie Curie University in Paris, France. Bahiya has over seven years of experience as a Technical Sales Specialist which has enabled her to gain a vast expertise in telecommunications infrastructure, particularly in the area of test and measurement activities related to fiber optics.
