Yvon Rouault
Mobile Network Segment Manager - Service Assurance Division
Yvon Rouault holds the position of Advisor, CTO Office and focuses on new technologies such as Data Analytics, LTE Advanced, NFV, 5G, and Fronthaul. With some 29 years of experience in the network test and measurement (T&M) industry, Yvon has occupied various roles ranging from engineering, sales support, account management, channel management, product marketing, and advisor at the CTO office level.
Yvon has worked for leading companies such as; Hewlett Packard, Agilent Technologies and Tektronix Communications and has provided solutions in various networking domains, from transport networks (SDH, etc.) to fixed networks (ISDN, SS7 and VoIP), switching and routing (ATM, IP, MPLS), and mobile networks.
Yvon holds an engineering degree in Electronics from E.S.E.O. Angers (France) and a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from H.E.C. Paris.
5G MENA 2019 will bring together telecom operators, solution providers, regulators, OTT players and IoT specialists from across the region to define clear use cases, debate new business models, and drive the connected revolution towards LTE-A, IoT, smart cities and 5G.
