Support product manager, development teams and other stakeholder in solving UX issues through design sprints, design thinking methodology and other approaches.
Assist product managers and product owners in writing user stories and reviewing user flows.
Build web and mobile application wireframes dedicated to the telecommunication industry.
Ensure that development teams have all necessary information in hand to start the sprint (specs, wireframes, comments, etc...)
Clearly communicate the story to development teams and answer any questions concerning UX/UI.
With the help of the product designer , organize and facilitates user testing.
Keep UX best practices up-to-date and share knowledge with EXFO UX/UI community through workshops, webinars, and other mediums
Support the enhancement of design system (web based and mobile)
Must have:
Ability to converse and hold exploratory discussions fluently in English and French
Sharp problem-solving skills
Strong team focus with an inherent collaborative mindset
Work well in a fast paced, dynamic environment with geographically distributed teams
