We are looking for a Project Manager who will be in charge of managing complex projects in our international organization. The project manager is responsible for the development of new products and new software solutions to address the highly evolutive market needs. He manages all the aspects of the projects through a continuous process well established.

Technical skills
- Knowledge of the project management techniques, especially in the context of continuous software development program
- Build optimized project plans and ensure efficient execution
- Escalate situations requiring senior management attention
- Very good knowledge in engineering domain
- Very good knowledge in Agile software development
- Apply system thinking and maximize value
Required aptitudes
- Highly result oriented leadership with strong experience with management of large and complex programs
- Good communication skills to summarise relevant information at different level of the organization;
- Experience into matrix organization
- Good communication and collaboration with external partners and customers
Pre-Requisite
- Less than 5 years experience in program management.
- Bilingual (French, English)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (software, electronics, mechanics, physics…).
