Principal Quality Analyst

What you’ll do
•    Collaborate with QA Engineers/Leads to develop effective test plans and strategies
•    Analyse system specifications
•    Lead Test plan reviews and guide the team
•    Collaborate with global teams 
•    Execute test cases (manual or automated), analyse test results and share reports
•    Create test plans, test strategies
•    Perform manual and automation testing working with Agile Development Process    
•    Report bugs, track bugs and follow up with development teams
•    Record Test Progress and Results
•    Execute tests, track defects, share progress and reports
 
What we’re looking for :

Technical skills
•   Experience on Automation testing using industry standard frameworks and tools - (TestComplete preferably)
•   Experience on Manual testing and excellent understanding on industry standard practices
•   Experience using distributed version control system like Git
•   Experience using DevOps platform like GitLab, Azure Dev Ops
•   Experience with Cloud/Web-Based Testing Applications
•   Experience with Docker containerization platform
•   Hands on experience on API verification using JMeter, Postmaster or any other relevant tools
•   Hands on experience on Scripting (JavaScript or Any).
•   Basic Knowledge of SQL and Linux commands
•   Hands on experience in Non-functional Tests (Performance/Security).
•   Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
•   Understanding of REST API's and testing tools like POSTMAN

Preferred Requirements 
•    Familiarity with Docker orchestration platform
•    Familiarity with networking domain

•    Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
•    Efficiency in troubleshooting issues
•    Flexibility with manual and automation testing
•    Thinking outside the box
•    Identifying new tools and process to improve testing cycle
•    Strong written, verbal communication and demonstration skills
•    Understand software QA methodologies, tools, techniques and processes
 
Requirements
Must have
Pertinent experience: 8+ Years of experience in Software Testing (Manual + Automation)
Language requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in Automation Testing using Test Complete or similar tools
Education:    BE/B Tech/ MCA. Comp Science (Bachelor’s degree in engineering in Electronics & Telecom will be preferred).
