Influence the deployment of quantitative and behavioral analytics strategies for our product portfolio.
Design and conduct user behavior analysis (ex.: behavior tracking, heatmaps, user recording, conversion funnels, etc.), produce and share relevant insights to stakeholders.
Convey insights with Marketing, BUs, R&D to influence the development of new solutions, the development of new products or existing products.
Provide significant inputs and insights into decisions to shape our overall customer/user experience.
Collaborate to map and improve the complete EXFO CX journey and identify gaps between current and desired digital experience.
Ability to look for solutions and information in creative ways and convey complicated results and insights to people of varying backgrounds
