Intern / Stagiaire

Job summary
•    Assembly of physical hardware modules (Electromechanical)
•    Follow product specifications and quality control measures
•    Perform unit delivery testing according to instructions provided
•    Perform other production tasks including inventories, environment maintenance, packing and shipping

What you’ll do
•    Assemble EXFO HS hardware modules with high quality and precision
•    Verify and test that the assembled modules pass our quality control measures
•    Participate in complete system deliveries

What we’re looking for
 

Technical skills 
•    Experience or interest in electrical or mechanical devices (e.g. PC-technology, Computer assembly, welding etc.)
Required aptitudes
•    Detail-oriented and extremely efficient
•    Independently determines approach and assigned tasks

Must have
Pertinent experience: Not required
Language requirements: Good verbal and written Finnish and English
Education: Applicable studies in Technical field (Vocational school / Technical University etc.) 

Any other combination of experience/studies will be considered.
