Assembly Technician

What you’ll do:

• Perform testing and troubleshooting of semi-finished and finished assemblies
• Solder components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) as per drawings
• Performs product calibration and test
• Inspect components on the PCBs
• Remove and rework components from PCBs
• Assemble parts as per drawings
• Assemble cables and wires (electrical or optical) as per drawings
• Soldering components or wires onto assemblies
• Using screws drivers or other hand tools to assemble product
• Other duties as related to the production assembly, test, or packing process as may be deemed necessary

What we’re looking for:

Technical skills

knowledge of electronic troubleshooting, optical, or mechanical components, has good soldering skills, able to read assembly drawings, understands quality control, and to correctly use hand tools and test equipment. 

Required aptitudes

an ability to work with minimal supervision, positive attitude, and be versatile.

Must have:

Pertinent experience:

Having 1-year experience in an electronic production environment is preferred

Language requirements:

Able to communicate in Mandarin (read, write and speak), ability to read/ write in English would be preferred.

Education:

high school graduates or above

Any other combination of experience/studies will be considered.
