Developed by service providers such as Bell Canada and Deustch Telekom, the RFC-6349 is the very latest framework to test TCP throughput. It is becoming widely popular and complements the service turn-up of Ethernet services with the SAM Y.1564 test. These two tests together provide the service provider with full coverage of UDP and TCP type services.

This webinar will demonstrate:

  • The difference between TCP and UDP services
  • TCP and window size process in the transfer of data files over the Internet
  • TCP key measurement parameters and objectives

This webinar will benefit those who are involved in:

  • Field operations
  • Network performance monitoring
  • R&D manufacturing and lab
  • Education
