Based in the UK, and as part of our Customer Service team, your main responsibility is to provide administrative support inside our Customer Service Team, serving EMEA customers.
More specifically, your duties will consist of the following tasks:
• Perform entry of customer orders and service centers orders;
• Send order confirmations to customers;
• Enter special orders to the administrative department;
• Correct orders (credits and debits for corrections of taxes and fees);
• Prepare documents for delivery of repairs equipment;
• Ensure replacement at the reception;
• Participate in various improvement projects.
You will also be required to perform any other task related to this position.
