5G core test & monitoring

  • Simulation and load testing for 5G NSA and 5G SA: Emulate and test your network environment the right way—before, during and after launch. Before you launch 5G, you need to be 100% confident that your network is 100% ready. During and after the roll out of 5G services, you need to be sure everything is working the way it should. EXFO QualityAssurer (vQA) simulator platform helps you reduce total cost of ownership, improve ROI and accelerate go-to-market.
  • Network functions virtualization (NFV) service assurance: NFV is a key 5G enabler with promises of CAPEX and OPEX savings, and accelerated deployment of new services—but it also brings a highly complex environment that can negatively impact subscribers’ quality of experience. EXFO’s NFV onboarded service assurance is business-critical. Gain full service visibility into a complex and dynamic virtualized environment, and make sure NFV delivers on its promises.

Real-time topology for automated operations

  • Real-time topology for precise automated enterprise provisioning: How do you achieve ultra-high confidence network activation? Real-time topology equips you with an accurate path description, which is essential for the automation of multiple functions such as provisioning, troubleshooting and customer inventory.
  • Automated Common Cause Analysis: How can you detect and verify the cause of widescale failures impacting sites, customers or services without human intervention? Real-time graph analysis algorithms combined with real-time active testing enables the immediate detection of most probable common causes and validation of the actual failure

Automation, analytics & AI

How fast can you detect, locate and fix an issue when something goes wrong in a virtualized, multi-layer and multi-technology network? And what are the direct and indirect costs? Learn how the process can be automated with AI-powered multi-layer correlation and impact analysis, dramatically reducing the mean time to repair.

Network slicing assurance

When offering network slices-as-a-service, how will you make sure it’s done right? You need to verify and maintain the performance of each network slice, while improving operational efficiency. This requires a new approach based on active and passive probing, performance monitoring and end-to-end SLA control. We’ve got you covered with real-time automated slicing assurance, service quality monitoring and multi-domain troubleshooting.

5G access test & monitoring

5G will come with a new architecture from radio to core. How can operators best evolve to a new 5G stand-alone architecture with a new radio while leveraging the existing 4G access? This station will explore solutions for:

  • Determining the right equipment location for fixed wireless access
  • Geolocating 4G hotspots that need offload to deliver superior customer experience
  • Validating 5G transport and keeping a close control on C-RAN to ensure service availability
  • Monitoring 5G NR and optimizing spectrum efficiency through proactive active testing, automated common cause analysis and dynamic network topology discovery

5G transport testing

How do you make your fronthaul, midhaul and backhaul transport network faster, smarter and able to handle more in every way before you launch 5G? See how reliable test solutions that scale with new technologies―ensuring flawless network performance from the core to the tower and all the way to your subscribers
