As a Technical Support Specialist intern for Teradata’s Base Support team, you will perform troubleshooting activities, escalate problems to the appropriate party(s), identify solutions and communicate the solution to the customer. You will develop knowledge of current hardware, software, firmware, processes, and tools. You will give support to Valencia site and also to help to maintain at the security level all the end user devices. Both strong technical and interpersonal skills are required.
Language requirements: Strong oral and written communication in English and Spanish
Education: To apply for this position, you have to be an active student in Bachelor or master’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
This internship is subject to a learning agreement with the university.
Any other combination of experience/studies will be considered.
