Actively collaborate with internal teams to develop EXFO’s reputation online, improve conversion and generate leads.
Develop, and deploy marketing projects of all sizes (needs assessment, planning, overseeing execution, and reporting)
In collaboration with digital marketing specialists: launch, test, and optimize paid campaigns on various advertising platforms
Lead, define and oversee the implementation of the SEO strategy by using research and analysis to improve webpage rankings on search engines.
Lead targeted nurturing campaigns (including account-based targeting and persona definition)
Track and analyze the performance of campaigns by using various analytics and survey tools and various data sources in order to ensure ongoing optimization.
Manage, plan, and coordinate social media strategy for target campaigns and key account engagements in collaboration with the communications team and marketing manager
Always ensure best web practices are respected when working on all types of different initiatives.
Experience in deploying and managing marketing projects of all sizes
Experience with launching paid advertising campaigns using platforms such as: Google AdWords, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
Good knowledge of web analytics and in particular Google Analytics.
Experience in deploying and maintaining marketing automation/nurturing campaigns (using tools such as Marketo)
Excellent project management skills.
Enjoy working on various tasks simultaneously.
Very good communication skills and team spirit.
Have an analytical mind and a good critical sense.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Relevant experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
Language requirement: French and English
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar / Master's degree in e-commerce
