Reporting to the Vice President, Human Capital of EXFO, the Human Capital Business Partner will provide strategic advice and will support the Vice President of Sales for the Asia-Pacific region (APAC) and its management team. The candidate will provide guidance and leadership, coach the directors and the managers located in multiples sites in APAC area and will be working in close collaboration with other Human Capital professionals around the world.
