EXFO Service Centers and partner-operated Certified Service Centers bring calibration, repair and maintenance services close to your business location. Whether EXFO-operated or via a partner, we ensure that the services performed meet EXFOs stringent requirements and follow our practices and guidelines.

EXFO Service Centers are located around the world and use the same calibration equipment and procedures that are used at the factory. The factory-trained technicians will service, upgrade and calibrate your instrument so that it meets full performance specifications. Critical upgrades and preventive maintenance will be performed in accordance with our engineering change matrix, and you will be certain that your instrument meets all specifications.

Our Certified Service Centers use EXFO-supplied calibration and verification equipment as well as EXFO-supplied parts. In addition, the Certified Service Center technicians have been trained at EXFO and have access to EXFO procedures and documentation. These service centers offer local and regional service on most popular EXFO products and ensure that products operate within published specifications for all key measurements.
