As following accepted international standards is an important part of EXFO’s high-quality service, we base our calibration process on the ISO/IEC-17025 standard.
When a unit is sent to us for calibration, our process not only includes the comparison between the unit and the reference standard, but it also guarantees the best possible performance. After verifying the performance of the unit, as received by the customer, we will also make any necessary adjustments to ensure that, once it is returned, the unit will perform according to guaranteed specifications.
