If you own an EXFO test platform (FTB-1, FTB-200, FTB-500) that is still under its basic one-year warranty, you are entitled to an FTB-Care license key equivalent to the duration of the standard warranty. Register your platform and download your FTB-Care license key file linked to your platform’s serial number.

If your platform is no longer under the standard one-year warranty, you can purchase an FTB-Care license key.
