This content package is for service providers using the Brix System to proactively test their IP network. Service providers often support multiple logical IP networks built on a shared MPLS core. The scale and complexity of these networks mean the network is divided into a central core surrounded by regional access networks. These networks support multiple services with different classes of service, demanding various service quality objectives.

In this complex environment, each decision maker will be interested in a distinct portion of the network. A marketing manager might be interested in a particular geographic region. An operations manager of the network core would focus on a part of the network topology. A product manager might want information about the quality of a specific class of service. And, a C-level executive might want to have an overview of the whole network’s quality.

The BrixView IP MPLS Executive Report Package allows executives to view personalized dashboards, portals and reports that monitor individual key quality indicator (KQI) performance and provide visibility into customer experience.
