Vikas Arora brings to EXFO his 18 years of technical and business leadership experience spanning IP voice, video, Ethernet, optical networks, service assurance and network management.
In addition to earning a Bachelor of Technology from G.B. Pant University and a Master of Science (Computer Science) from the University of Saskatchewan, Vikas was a co-founder and CTO of iPine Networks (acquired by Nakina). Additionally, Vikas worked for 10 years at Nortel, where he held senior management and architect positions with the OpenIP and optical business units.

François Robitaille has been with EXFO since 2000. His main responsibilities include NEM market assessment, identifying potential growth areas and key product ideas as well as ensuring that that products reach the market and are commercially successful.
François started his career as a Project Manager for Gentec Electro-Optics and from there moved on to Bell Mobility Radio in Engineering and Sales, then to Davicom Technologies as Director of R&D. In addition to earning a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Université Laval, Québec City, François brings to EXFO his expertise in both R&D and sales.

Patrick Drolet has been with EXFO since 2007. In addition to earning an MBA from the University of Ottawa, an Engineering degree from l’École Polytechnique as well as a Project Manager Professional (PMP) degree from the Project Management Institute, Patrick is also the founder of PubNix (1991) and Galea Network Security (1995).
He brings to EXFO his extensive experience in leading various product-development teams as well as in managing large-scale projects and teams of up to 25 people.
