Third-Quarter Financial Results for Fiscal 2008

QUEBEC CITY, CANADA, May 29, 2008 — EXFO Electro-Optical Engineering Inc. (NASDAQ: EXFO, TSX: EXF) announced today that it will release its third-quarter financial results for fiscal 2008 after the close of stock markets on Thursday, June 26, 2008. The release will be followed by a conference call at 5 p.m. (Eastern time) to review EXFO’s results.
