Committees of the Board

EXFO currently has six directors, five of whom are independent, on its Board of Directors. Board committees, which play a significant role in the discharge of Board duties and obligations, consist of an Audit Committee and Human Resources Committee. Board members, with their participation in these respective committees, are identified in the following table:
